What you will do
- Own engineering execution and delivery end-to-end, maintaining a 50-70% individual contributor load while scaling a distributed team across the US and Nigeria.

- Partner with the CEO to make critical architectural decisions that protect the company’s moat and ensure engineering becomes a primary competitive advantage.
