What you will do
- Assess current IBM Z hardware configurations and software dependencies to develop comprehensive future-state architecture and modernization roadmaps for enterprise-scale environments.
- Architect and support z/OS environments and subsystems including CICS, DB2, and IMS to optimize system capacity, resiliency, and hardware performance.
- Troubleshoot complex mainframe infrastructure issues and oversee hardware and software upgrades to ensure the architecture meets strict security and disaster recovery requirements.
