What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end manufacturing of first test prototypes, managing subcontractors, timelines, and quality checkpoints to deliver hardware on schedule.
- Design and implement small-series production processes, including tooling, work instructions, and the supporting supplier base required for repeatability.
- Serve as interim procurement lead, managing Bill of Materials (BOMs), component sourcing, and vendor relationships until the function is established.
Who this is a fit for
- Holds a Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering with at least three years of professional experience.
- Demonstrates expertise in industrialization and manufacturing engineering, specifically coordinating hardware production with external subcontractors and managing supply chains.
