What you'll do
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end employee relations cases including performance management, disciplinary processes, and grievances across multiple countries.
- Lead the global probation management lifecycle, ensuring managers provide timely feedback and consistent documentation for all new hires.
- Oversee global benefits administration and HRIS data integrity, serving as the subject matter expert for employee lifecycle queries and reporting.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 3–5 years of experience in a People Advisor or HR Generalist role with a strong foundation in UK employment law.
- Proven track record of independently managing complex employee relations cases and coaching mid-level managers through people challenges.
- Highly organized operator comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling international environment with a data-driven approach to HR systems.
