What you will do
- Own the entire customer lifecycle for jurisdictions and plan review firms, driving adoption, successful outcomes, and long-term account expansion.
- Author and tune the modular AI logic, comment templates, and code-check workflows that form the substance of the Ichi platform.
- Lead change management and training for plan examiners, translating complex AI capabilities into credible, actionable workflows for industry veterans.
Who this is a fit for
- 5–10+ years of hands-on plan review experience with a background as a plans examiner, Chief Building Official, or architect.
- Possession of key ICC certifications (B1/B2/B3, CBO) and a proven track record of systemizing complex processes into repeatable templates or checklists.
- Experience in technology, consulting, or customer success, combined with the ability to push AI models to produce high-quality, professional outputs.
