What you will do
- Architect and evolve the core backend platform, including microservices, async processing pipelines, and data infrastructure using Go, Kubernetes, and MongoDB.
- Lead high-impact design decisions and systemic performance optimizations that drive the technical roadmap and platform reliability across the engineering organization.
- Mentor senior engineers through architecture reviews and hands-on pairing while collaborating with product leadership to translate customer needs into scalable systems.

- 15+ years of software engineering experience with a deep focus on distributed systems, microservices, and async workload processing at scale.
- Proven track record building or architecting application security products, including deep familiarity with AppSec, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security.
