Our customers are industrial recyclers of plastic and metals - manufacturers, processors, smelters. These firms are held back by limited, legacy technology. Customers include include one of the world’s largest recycling plants and processor of entire plastic waste stream of a major developed nation.

What you will do

Translate real-world problems observed at industrial sites into shipped features within one or two sprints using Python, Django, and React Native.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the ML team to integrate complex model outputs into user-friendly interfaces for both desk-based managers and plant operators.
Visit customer sites regularly to observe operations and understand critical commercial questions, ensuring technical solutions provide 10x improvements over legacy ERP processes.

Who this is a fit for

At least 2 years of experience in high-velocity environments with a proven track record of taking user-facing products from 0 to 1.
Technical proficiency in Python (Django/DRF) and React/React Native, with the ability to manage PostgreSQL databases and Google Cloud infrastructure independently.
Strong product ownership mindset, capable of defining project scope and making technical trade-offs without a playbook while maintaining a high quality bar.
