What you will do
- Engineer delightful developer and end-user experiences for core products like RBAC, FGA, and Audit Logs.
- Design well-structured internal and external APIs that balance high scalability with an intuitive, pluggable developer experience.
- Collaborate directly with leadership to explore and build greenfield ideas that drive the future of the WorkOS platform.
Who this is a fit for
- Has 5+ years of software development experience with a track record of building clean, simple architectures for complex problem spaces.
- Proficient in modern full-stack development, specifically using TypeScript, React, and Postgres to build scalable SaaS products.
