What you'll do
What you will do
- Build and maintain the Talent Agent Engine, a robust harness for intent classification, tool orchestration, and validation around foundation model calls across multiple providers.
- Ship and iterate on autonomous agents including the Scoring Agent and Interview Agent, moving from active build to live production deployments for enterprise clients.
- Develop the Studio control plane and observability pipelines to help customers configure agents, run experiments, and measure eval performance in high-stakes hiring environments.

- You have a proven track record of shipping stateful AI agents in production environments, understanding the deep gap between demo magic and reliable, scaled systems.
- Proficiency in the modern agentic stack, specifically TypeScript, React, Cloudflare Workers/Durable Objects, and frameworks like the Vercel AI SDK or comparable orchestration tools.
- You possess a rigorous evals-first mindset, prioritizing compliance and accuracy in high-stakes workflows where a wrong AI response has significant brand and legal consequences.
