Role overview
Ufonia is building the AI clinical assistant for healthcare. Our product, Dora, conducts autonomous clinical conversations with patients, handling post-operative follow-up, pre-operative preparation, and routine check-ins. We’ve completed over 150,000 clinical conversations across 15 NHS Trusts in the UK, and are now expanding into the US market with clinical trials underway in Texas. We’re a small team with clinical, engineering, and product backgrounds, building something that meaningfully changes how healthcare is delivered.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end clinical outcomes, from identifying user needs with clinicians to shipping production-ready code across frontend, backend, and AI systems.
- Build and refine Dora’s conversational behaviors and tools, making clinical agents faster to deploy and more effective at managing routine consultations.
- Integrate platform capabilities with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) to turn complex clinical data into useful, dependable healthcare products for patients and providers.
