Senior Backend Engineer at DQC

Join a fast-moving team replacing manual data rules with agentic AI. You will own the full lifecycle of backend features—from architecture to production—building a platform that automatically detects and fixes data issues for industrial and healthcare giants. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of modern data stacks and production-grade LLM workflows.

• Design and scale complex microservice architectures using Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL to handle massive enterprise data workloads.
• Build and deploy LLM-driven workflows that integrate human-in-the-loop feedback with autonomous agents for real-time data improvement.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a multi-platform production application used by thousands of users.

• Has 5+ years of experience delivering production backend systems with at least 3 years focused on Python and service-oriented architectures.
• Demonstrates practical experience using LLM coding assistants in their daily workflow and remains eager to experiment with the latest models like Sonnet and GPT-4.
• Possesses strong relational database expertise (PostgreSQL/SQLAlchemy) and a background in operating software within AWS or Kubernetes environments.

• Work at the frontier of Agentic AI where your code doesn't just analyze data but automatically fixes broken records across Snowflake, Databricks, and SAP.
