What you'll do

- Architect and maintain scalable, HIPAA-compliant components on AWS to power member engagement and clinical messaging workflows.
- Partner with data science and clinical teams to prototype and launch ML-driven personalization and care guidance features.
- Drive technical excellence by mentoring teammates, conducting code reviews, and evolving the platform's design system and infrastructure.
