As the first US-based product engineer at Arcessio, you will own features end-to-end across the entire stack, from geometry processing to customer interfaces. You’ll drive product velocity by solving complex problems where physical parts meet software, shaping the engineering culture and product roadmap while working with sensitive government data in San Francisco.

Role overview
Arcessio is an AI-powered manufacturing intelligence company transforming how organizations source, manufacture, and manage industrial parts. Our platform helps customers determine the optimal manufacturing process, materials, suppliers, and production strategy for every part—leveraging technologies such as additive manufacturing, CNC machining, casting, injection molding, and other advanced manufacturing methods.
What you will do
- Design, harden, and deploy full-stack features, managing everything from backend geometry processing and 3D data pipelines to intuitive frontend user interfaces.
- Collaborate directly with leadership and the business team to translate manufacturing requirements into product intuition and technical execution, rather than just closing tickets.
- Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, navigating minimal structure to identify root causes and maintain high velocity as the company scales its manufacturing intelligence platform.
Who this is a fit for
- A versatile generalist with a strong edge in 3D/geospatial data, including experience with rendering, 3D models (STL, STEP), and the mathematical reasoning required for physical parts.
- Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to government contract requirements involving sensitive Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
- Proven ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment, prioritizing product velocity and demonstrating the autonomy to debug complex systems without over-reliance on AI tools.
Why this role is remarkable
- You will be the first US-based product engineer, granting you significant influence over the company’s engineering culture, processes, and core product architecture from the ground floor.
- The technical challenge is unique, sitting at the intersection of AI agents and physical manufacturing, involving 3D rendering, geometric analysis, and complex CAD data pipelines.
- You will work on mission-critical projects involving government-controlled information, providing exposure to high-stakes defense and manufacturing sectors with a team that prioritizes rapid shipping and weekly production cycles.
