• Extensive experience with modern ML architectures including Transformers, Flash Attention, and KV-caching in production or research environments.
• Proven track record of managing distributed training on multi-node GPU clusters and optimizing high-throughput, low-latency inference systems.
• Strong engagement with the ML community through technical publications, open-source contributions, or advanced research in audio or related fields.
