As a senior engineer, you will own AI-powered features end-to-end, utilizing tools like Claude and Cursor to ship high-quality code. You’ll design complex schemas and deploy production LLM systems that enhance the safety and reliability of the modern grid.

• Design and ship full-stack AI features independently, from initial technical design and database schema modeling to production deployment and monitoring.
• Build and operate LLM or agent-based systems in production, moving beyond demos to create reliable tools used by major utility providers.
• Collaborate with product managers and customers to translate ambiguous infrastructure problems into concrete, shippable technical plans and production-ready code.

• Has 4+ years of experience shipping production software with a track record of full-stack ownership and strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Possesses deep experience building and operating LLM-based systems in production environments, with a mastery of SQL schema design and data modeling.
• Demonstrates familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes, along with a low-ego, collaborative approach to solving complex engineering challenges.
