Following massive success inside Europe's largest digital healthcare provider, we are now a standalone company licensing our AI externally. We need a hungry, high-energy salesperson to own the mid-market and enterprise health sectors and build our commercial engine from scratch.

Cera Care Limited is a digital-first home healthcare company founded in 2016, headquartered in the UK, providing in-home health care services including elderly care, nursing, complex care, live-in care, supported living, and extra care for the elderly and disabled. It uses AI and technology to predict health risks, reduce hospitalisations, and deliver over 60,000 patient appointments daily across the UK and Germany, serving governments, insurers, and the NHS

What you will do

  • Execute full-cycle B2B sales from self-generating pipeline to running demos and closing complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Navigate the UK care and health tech ecosystem to build relationships with care providers, staffing organisations, and health systems.
  • Partner directly with leadership to define sales strategies and build the commercial infrastructure for a rapidly scaling AI venture.

Who this is a fit for

  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI sales with a consistent track record of smashing high-value targets.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment as a founder, co-founder, or first commercial hire who thrives without a brand name.
