Rentmigo Solutions Ltd, trading as Rentmigo, provides a rent guarantor service that guarantees tenants’ rental obligations to landlords where tenants are unable to meet traditional referencing requirements. The service is designed to support the shift to open-ended tenancies under the Renters’ Rights Act by providing ongoing rent protection rather than fixed-term guarantees, while the tenant remains fully liable under the tenancy at all times. Rentmigo pays covered rent to landlords in accordance with agreed terms, is funded through a tenant-paid subscription, does not replace tenant arrears or impact possession rights, and is structured to operate outside Financial Conduct Authority regulation.
What you will do
- Own features from initial conception to production deployment, making critical technical decisions and shipping code directly to real users.
- Develop and scale our core platform using Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js, ensuring high performance and a seamless user experience.
- Maintain a high bar for quality by implementing comprehensive testing suites with Playwright and Vitest while automating workflows via GitHub Actions.
