What you will do
- Build and deploy the next generation of AI features at Pylon Labs, Inc., rapidly iterating based on direct customer feedback and performance metrics.
- Improve the underlying quality, performance, and reliability of AI agents and intelligent features within the core support and customer success platform.
- Take full ownership of technical projects, managing end-to-end delivery from initial architecture to final shipment in a high-autonomy, low-meeting environment.
