What you will do
- Own the technical build for implementations, including configuring AI agent settings, managing Kombo integration flows, and debugging complex ATS sync issues.
- Lead technical sales support by running deep-dive demos for enterprise prospects and answering complex architectural questions during the RFP process.
- Manage the technical triage of bugs and escalations, diagnosing code-level issues in TypeScript and React to determine what reaches the engineering backlog.
