- Own mission-critical systems end-to-end, taking full accountability for the design, high-performance Rust implementation, and long-term operational reliability of the platform.
- Set technical direction across multiple teams and services, making critical trade-offs between performance and reliability to ensure the system scales with global demand.
- Direct the work of engineers through rigorous design reviews and technical mentorship, elevating the engineering bar across the organization without the overhead of management.
