Staff Software Engineer at Truewind
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join a YC W23 startup that is doing for the back-office what AWS did for computing. With a competitive salary up to $250K and up to 1% equity, this is a rare opportunity to shape both the technical architecture and the company culture from the ground up. If you have 11+ years of experience and a passion for building LLM-integrated applications in a high-velocity, in-person environment, this role offers the ownership and impact you have been looking for.
