What you will do
- Design and maintain high-performance backend systems in Python to support complex lending, banking, and merchant decisioning workflows across the entire platform.
- Lead the architectural evolution of the infrastructure as Parafin scales from one to three business lines, ensuring reliability and scalability across distributed systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Risk to ship high-impact features like real-time underwriting and embedded AI-driven credit products.
