Role overview
Rillet is an AI-native enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform designed to automate accounting and financial close processes for high-growth companies, particularly SaaS businesses. The platform automates revenue recognition compliant with ASC 606 standards, invoicing, payment tracking, bank reconciliation, journal entry booking, and multi-entity consolidation. Built from scratch with AI embedded in the core architecture rather than retrofitted, Rillet handles complex subscription revenue models including usage-based billing and deferred revenue without requiring third-party add-ons. The company processes over 100 million transactions daily and automates 99.7% of journal entries, enabling finance teams to close books in days instead of weeks.
