What you will do
- Lead the daily warehouse floor operations, setting team priorities and maintaining high standards for grading, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage complex rota planning across full-time, zero-hour, and agency staff to flex capacity in line with trading demand.
- Oversee the entire outbound fulfilment cycle, ensuring every order is checked, booked, and dispatched accurately and on time.
