What you will do
- Manage end-to-end financial operations including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and payroll processing for a growing team.
- Prepare detailed management accounts, P&L statements, and assist with FP&A to provide strategic insights directly to the leadership team.
- Navigate UK-specific accounting requirements such as HMRC compliance, Making Tax Digital (MTD), and PAYE while ensuring absolute numerical accuracy.
Who this is a fit for
- Possesses 2-4 years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally within a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
