What you'll do
What you will do
- Maintain and fix the data transformation layer in dbt and LightDash to ensure 100% trustworthy reporting for client-facing teams.
- Develop complex cohort-level forecasting and retention models to underpin board-level reporting for Tier-1 mortgage lenders.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to instrument new features and conduct rigorous experimentation analysis on user journeys.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 3+ years in data analytics with expert-level SQL and Python (pandas/numpy) skills in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Hands-on experience building and testing transformation models in dbt within a cloud warehouse environment, preferably Redshift.
- Proven ability to navigate complex relational data structures (B2B2C/SaaS) and translate technical findings into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
