What you will do
- Lead company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and long-range scenario modeling to ensure fundraising readiness and support major strategic growth initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to define and monitor performance metrics like gross margin, NRR, and LTV/CAC.
- Run monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the board and leadership team while automating financial workflows to support global scalability.
