What you will do
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across all entities, including Cyprus HQ and Greece, ensuring accurate and timely IFRS consolidation.
- Own the revenue recognition policy under IFRS 15 for complex SaaS and professional services contracts, providing expert judgment on new transaction types.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors while managing a distributed team responsible for AP, expenses, payroll, and NetSuite administration.
Who this is a fit for
- Holds 7+ years of accounting experience with at least 2–3 years in a Controller or equivalent leadership position within a growth-stage enterprise software environment.
- Possesses a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) and deep IFRS expertise, specifically regarding multi-currency consolidation and IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
- Demonstrates proficiency with NetSuite and experience managing end-to-end external audit relationships while leading remote, distributed teams across multiple European time zones.
