- Establish operational finance frameworks for manufacturing, focusing on inventory management, standard costing, COGS, and supply chain logistics.
- Manage strategic financial projects such as grant reimbursement claims, R&D tax credits, and the implementation of a modern finance technology stack.

- Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience and 5+ years in fast-growth startup environments.
- Deep expertise in manufacturing finance, specifically handling inventory, bill of materials (BOMs), and supply chain operations for hardware or semiconductors.
