Founding Biz Ops Lead at Clara

We are looking for a high-impact Founding Biz Ops Lead to join a stealth legal AI startup backed by top-tier venture investors. Founded by experts from frontier AI labs and elite law firms, this company is building the law firm of the future by pairing bleeding-edge automation with top-tier legal talent. As one of the first 10 hires, you will work directly with the founders to build the company’s operating system from scratch—owning everything from financial modeling and GTM strategy to hiring and vendor management in a role designed for maximum career acceleration.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Design and scale the internal operating systems for finance, HR, compliance, and vendor management to unify law firm and tech operations.
  • Direct cross-functional strategic projects including client onboarding workflows, billing processes, and financial modeling for new practice areas.
  • Support fundraising and investor relations by managing narrative data rooms, financial reporting, and KPI dashboards in partnership with the CEO.

  • High-impact execution mindset with the ability to switch seamlessly between complex financial modeling and negotiating vendor contracts.
