Founding Biz Ops Lead at Clara

You will build the operating system for a unique hybrid entity that is both a law firm and a technology company. Working directly with founders from elite law firms and AI labs, you will lead high-stakes projects across finance, GTM, and hiring to transform the global practice of law.

• Design and scale the internal operating systems for finance, HR, compliance, and vendor management to unify law firm and tech operations.
• Direct cross-functional strategic projects including client onboarding workflows, billing processes, and financial modeling for new practice areas.
• Support fundraising and investor relations by managing narrative data rooms, financial reporting, and KPI dashboards in partnership with the CEO.

• 4-7 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB) or business operations within a high-growth startup environment.
• High-impact execution mindset with the ability to switch seamlessly between complex financial modeling and negotiating vendor contracts.
• Systems-oriented thinker who operates at Level 4-5 effectiveness, prioritizing ruthlessly in early-stage ambiguity while biasing toward action.
