The notary commission isn't an artifact; it's a state-issued credential with legal weight, audit trails, and accountability that pure software verification can't replicate. We've taken that foundation and built modern infrastructure around it, so enterprises and ISV partners — including a strategic partnership with DocuSign — can embed trusted human verification directly into the workflows where it matters most.
We're a Series A company growing 2–3x year over year, winning in enterprise and embedded ISV motions, with the thesis that credentialed human verification will be a foundational layer of the next decade of regulated digital infrastructure.
What you will do
- Build and lead the financial operating rhythm, including monthly closes, three-statement modeling, FP&A, and rigorous unit economics analysis.
- Drive cross-functional execution on high-stakes strategic projects like market expansion, senior hiring, and managing key banking and legal relationships.
- Orchestrate the fundraising process, preparing board materials and investor due diligence as the company transitions from Series A to Series B.

- Possesses the technical mastery to build complex financial models and the communication skills to present findings effectively to the board.
