Investment & Formation Operations Lead at super{set}

Work directly with a General Partner at a high-velocity venture studio to build and scale new companies. You will sit at the intersection of investment diligence and hands-on company formation, serving as a force-multiplier for new ventures from incorporation through GTM strategy. This is a high-agency role for a detail-obsessed operator.

• Manage the investment screening and diligence pipeline, synthesizing complex data into decision-ready memos to help the GP make fast, reasoned investment choices.
• Own the "Signal" program, designing the operating rhythm, meeting cadence, and community touchpoints that integrate early-stage founders into the studio ecosystem.
• Partner with founders on high-stakes assets including business plans, financial models, investor pitch decks, and go-to-market positioning to ensure successful formation.

• Exceptional operator with prior experience in high-intensity environments such as management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or early-stage startup operations.
• Strong commercial and analytical instincts with the ability to pressure-test business models and identify the simplest, most effective path to project completion.
• Relentlessly organized Type-A personality who is comfortable with 5-day-a-week in-person collaboration in downtown San Francisco and thrives in high-velocity, ambiguous environments.
