• Source new investment opportunities by identifying high-potential founders and representing the firm within the SF startup and AI ecosystems.
• Lead the diligence process by evaluating founding teams, conducting customer interviews, and performing deep market research on emerging technology trends.
• Support portfolio founders on critical early-stage challenges including go-to-market strategy, technical hiring, and preparation for subsequent fundraising rounds.

• Possesses 2-4 years of experience at a fast-growing, AI-native startup in a product, engineering, growth, or chief of staff role.
• Demonstrates strong existing connectivity to startup ecosystems and a natural ability to build authentic, long-term relationships with technical builders.
• Exhibits a self-directed and organized approach to ownership, capable of managing complex diligence projects from initial pitch to final investment memo.
