What you will do
- Deliver 1-to-1 and group coaching sessions covering the full personal finance spectrum, from first-home savings to complex retirement planning.
- Design and iterate scalable coaching frameworks, scripts, and processes that maintain a personal touch while utilizing AI technology.
- Present educational webinars and consumer-facing events to engage diverse audiences and guide them toward appropriate financial product solutions.
Who this is a fit for
- Holds a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) with 2+ years of experience in financial advice or coaching.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of UK taxation, pensions, and investment principles with the ability to simplify complex concepts for lay audiences.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building client relationships and converting engagement into positive financial outcomes.
