Founder's Associate at Stitch Health

Partner directly with the CEO to scale a mission-driven platform solving the $20B participant retention problem in clinical research. You will lead high-impact projects across sales, customer delivery, and AI implementation, moving from strategic board-level analysis to hands-on operational execution in a fast-growing, London-based team of fifteen.

• Own and execute high-urgency projects across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive revenue and ensure successful trial outcomes.
• Implement AI-driven workflows and automate manual site processes to increase operational efficiency and support the company's ability to scale.
• Analyze customer usage data to generate strategic insights that inform product direction and help close key commercial opportunities.

• 1–4 years of experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup environment with a track record of owning customer relationships.
• Strong commercial instinct and the ability to operate comfortably with senior stakeholders while maintaining a "no job is too small" builder's mentality.
• High academic horsepower, ideally with a STEM degree from a top-tier university and a passion for solving complex problems in the healthcare or life sciences sectors.
