Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Execute and optimize go-to-market strategies across outbound, inbound, and partnerships to acquire UK SMEs and enterprise accounts.
  • Lead the end-to-end customer journey, from personally onboarding new users to building scalable support processes and internal tools.
  • Support the CEO in fundraising, drafting investor updates, and leading hiring efforts to build a high-performance account management team.
