- Define the Wedge: Identify the ideal operator profile and regulatory clusters to launch concurrent pilots, proving the model’s efficacy in real-world senior care environments.
- Drive ROI: Frame the product as a financial decision for CFOs by demonstrating how NightWatch robots can safely substitute for high-cost, underutilized night-shift headcount.
- Scale the Venture: Take the robot and remote-monitoring layer from concept to a fleet-scale operation, hiring a world-class team and raising follow-on venture capital.
