As the Head of Compliance at MAU Games, you will design and implement the regulatory framework for our entire portfolio of AI ventures. You will navigate complex licensing across Saudi and GCC markets, handle data protection, and manage SAMA obligations. This is a hands-on, founding-team role requiring deep local expertise and a builder mindset.

What you will do
- Own and design the end-to-end compliance and regulatory foundations for every venture within the MAU Games portfolio from day one.
- Directly manage relationships with local regulators and secure necessary licensing, including SAMA and data protection certifications across the GCC.
- Advise the founding team on venture structuring and regulatory feasibility to ensure all new AI products are compliant and market-ready.
