- Own the end-to-end early build of the Industrial Shield venture, including MVP scoping, rapid prototyping, and iterative testing with real-world users in the field.
- Collaborate with founders to define the customer experience, pricing hypotheses, and go-to-market strategy while ensuring the product meets rigorous medical regulatory standards.
- Drive the venture through studio stage gates, using lean methodologies and evidence-backed decisions to secure future investment and strategic corporate pilot opportunities.
