As a Founding Builder, you will spearhead zero-to-one execution for new greenfield projects. Operating at the center of an elite venture studio, you will transform raw concepts into production-ready platforms. This is a 100% hands-on role for a power-user of AI-augmented development who thrives on shipping code at extreme speeds.

• Architect and build complex autonomous multi-agent systems using frameworks like Agno or LangGraph and custom LLM orchestration harnesses.
• Take full ownership of the tech stack, from designing database schemas and high-performance backend services in Go or Rust to crafting modern React interfaces.
• Represent the studio's engineering culture by publishing technical writing, contributing to open-source projects, and presenting at top-tier industry conferences.

• Expert-level practitioner of AI-native development workflows with a proven track record of shipping successful greenfield projects from scratch.
• Technical polyglot capable of switching seamlessly between low-level system design, AI data layers in Python, and high-quality frontend implementation.
• Strong communicator who can articulate complex architectural decisions to teammates and founders while maintaining a modular, human-legible codebase amidst AI-generated output.
