Role overview

As the first Go-to-Market hire at Sirius, you will build the revenue engine from the ground up for a high-growth AI startup. Working directly with the founders, you’ll define the sales playbook, identify unconventional distribution channels, and scale our impact across global consumer subscription brands while owning the entire lifecycle from sourcing to closing.

What you will do

  • Build and execute creative distribution strategies to penetrate top-tier consumer subscription brands beyond traditional cold outbound methods.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and outreach to demoing, closing, and managing handoffs for new enterprise customers.
  • Establish the company’s core sales infrastructure, including CRM workflows, sales playbooks, and ICP definitions, to support rapid scaling.

Who this is a fit for

  • 3-5 years of experience in GTM or sales at an early-stage B2B SaaS or AI company, with a proven 0→1 track record.
  • Proven ability to sell complex technical products to growth and retention teams without the support of SDRs or marketing departments.
  • Deep instincts for the consumer subscription market and a willingness to work on-site in San Francisco to drive collaborative growth.
