Founding Operations Coordinator at Ambrook
Ambrook is looking for a Founding Operations Coordinator to join their mission-driven team in NYC. Backed by Thrive Capital and Dylan Field, Ambrook is rebuilding the financial infrastructure for American agriculture and industry. As the first dedicated ops hire, you’ll report to the co-founder and own everything from multi-city office management and corporate IT to planning company retreats and scaling G&A systems.

What you'll do
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end office operations for New York, Denver, and San Francisco locations, including facilities, visitor experience, and local culture.
- Lead complex logistical projects including company-wide retreats, travel coordination, and the launch of new physical office spaces as the team grows.
- Oversee essential G&A functions such as corporate IT procurement, state compliance registrations, benefits administration, and budget management.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, chief of staff, or office management roles within a high-growth startup environment.
- High-agency problem solver who is fluent with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and tech stacks like Linear, Gusto, and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a "sense of taste" for selecting quality products and building scalable SOPs from scratch in ambiguous situations.
