Full Stack AI Builder at Fleek

You will build the AI-native infrastructure and agentic workflows digitizing the global secondhand clothing supply chain. Working across commercial, ops, and product pods, you’ll develop production-grade agents and internal tools that automate manual processes, turning opaque physical inventory into a searchable global data layer for a market projected to reach $350B.

• Design and ship reliable agentic systems for sourcing, classification, and customer operations that automate real-world supply chain workflows.
• Extend FleekOS, the internal operating system used across the company, to make every team 10x faster through extensible automation and tooling.
• Embed directly with cross-functional pods to take features from initial problem discovery through to production-grade deployment and iteration.

• 3-5 years of professional engineering experience shipping production systems at a high-velocity startup or scale-up environment.
• Deep full-stack proficiency with hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or retrieval systems in a real-world production setting.
• A builder mindset that prioritizes shipping working code over perfect plans and thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

• Ship production agentic infrastructure inside a hyper-growth business with real revenue and 3x year-on-year growth, rather than building speculative demos.
