Tasked with turning founder-led pipeline into a scaleable machine, you will own the entire conversion funnel. Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Own the website end-to-end, including messaging, conversion rate optimization, SEO, and full-stack implementation across landing pages and pricing flows.
  • Build and scale demand channels for sophisticated buyers through paid LinkedIn/Google campaigns, content marketing, and lifecycle email automation.
  • Integrate advanced AI tools like Claude Code and OpenAI Codex into your daily workflow to eliminate manual steps and build compounding marketing systems.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 3+ years in B2B growth or product marketing, preferably within a Seed to Series B startup environment with proven wins in acquisition.
  • Technically proficient with a modern stack including Webflow, Framer, Next.js, PostHog, and HubSpot; basic SQL skills are a plus.
  • Exceptional written taste and a "bias to ship," demonstrated by side projects or initiatives built independently of a primary job.
