GTM Generalist at Planda AI

As the first GTM hire, you will bridge the gap between founder-led sales and a scalable engine. Operating like a Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer, you will embed within major banks to drive platform adoption while simultaneously building internal systems, pricing models, and deployment playbooks alongside the CEO to transform ad-hoc wins into repeatable growth.

• Embed with enterprise bank clients to manage platform deployment, ensuring deep user adoption and translating their technical needs into repeatable playbooks.
• Build the company’s internal GTM systems from scratch, including pricing models, sales operations, and customer success processes to enable scaling.
• Work as a strategic partner to the CEO to convert early-stage founder-led sales into a formalized, high-performance commercial engine.

• 2-3 years of experience in high-stakes environments such as MBB consulting, a boutique strategy firm, or a Forward Deployed Engineer role.
• Exceptional agency and structured thinking, with a proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise environments without a set playbook.
• A builder's mindset evidenced by experience in the first 20 employees of a startup or high-impact side projects that demonstrate end-to-end execution.

• You are the first GTM hire, working directly with a CEO who spent a decade in wealth management at Coutts, gaining unmatched visibility into startup growth.
