Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Personally run high-volume discovery calls, proposals, and negotiations to prove the sales motion and define the ICP.
  • Build the foundational sales infrastructure including pricing models, playbooks, and CRM hygiene within HubSpot.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team once a repeatable outbound and inbound pipeline is established.

  • Experience selling demand-generation or AdTech solutions to business stakeholders and marketing leaders.
