Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding across multiple geographies.
  • Manage and optimize external agency partnerships for specialized roles, ensuring high-quality talent pipelines for critical functions like London-based sales.
  • Identify and engage software vendor specialists to conduct structured interviews that feed directly into the company’s internal product knowledge base.

Candidate profile
