Responsibilities
What you will do
- Define and execute the end-to-end design vision for Life Sciences products, ensuring technical feasibility and strategic client alignment.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineers and product managers to build repeatable design methodologies across the Applied AI group.
- Mentor junior designers while evangelizing evidence-based design practices to internal stakeholders and tier-1 enterprise clients.
