Lead Product Reliability Engineer at Fyxer AI

You will serve as the technical anchor for platform reliability at a hyper-growth AI firm that scaled from $0 to $30M+ ARR in under 18 months. This high-ownership role involves architecting resilient cloud infrastructure, leading incident response, and ensuring the stability of a product that automates critical workflows for global professionals.

• Architect and execute high-stakes infrastructure migrations and database redesigns in Google Cloud with a focus on zero-downtime deployments.
• Act as the final line of defense for production incidents, utilizing deep technical forensics to diagnose issues and implement permanent systemic fixes.
• Partner with product engineers to review and harden new features before they ship, ensuring they meet rigorous reliability bars at massive scale.

• Expert-level TypeScript proficiency with a proven ability to diagnose and fix production code rapidly during high-pressure outages.
• Significant experience in cloud architecture (GCP preferred) and deep database design, capable of justifying architectural choices against complex scaling constraints.
• A high-ownership mindset with previous experience as a primary responder for production systems, maintaining composure while solving mission-critical technical failures.
