What you will do
- Own all financial and operational metrics for the San Francisco market to ensure optimal revenue growth and profit maximization.
- Oversee day-to-day fleet operations including driver scheduling, dispatch, vehicle maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Partner with the Growth team to recruit, onboard, and retain a professional driver base while fostering a supportive company culture.
